On Reaching The Divine Presence.
« on: January 14, 2020, 07:39:07 AM »
   :salam:
In the Hadith, we have learnt of it that the Noble Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said that Prayer... the Sallah.. is the Ascension of the Believer..''As-Salatu Mi'erajul-Mumin". This is a clear indication of the levels of Real Prayer, in which the worshipper ascends to the Divine Presence and there is manifest in him awe and reverence, obedience and humility, such that his or her heart reaches a state of contemplation through his Prayer.

This will lead one to a vision of the Divine Secrets. That was the description of the Prophet's prayer. In the life-history of the Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, it is said that when the Prophet would reach that state, even the people outside the city could hear coming from his chest a sound which resembled the humming of bees, as observed by Baha'uddin Shah Naqshbandi.

The 'Ulama say that a worshipper can reach the Divine Presence in his Sallah by eating from the hard-earned sweat of one's brow and by remembering Allah Ta'ala inside the Prayer/Sallah and outside it, in every ablution and in every moment...
