Today's Beautiful Hadith is about Dua

It was narrated that Mu'adhbin Jabal (RA) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) took my hand and said:

'I love you, O Mu'adh!' I said: 'And I love you, O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).'

Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Never forget to say in every prayer: Rabbi a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni 'ibadatik

(My Lord, help me to remember You, give thanks to You and worship You well.)"

(Sunan an-Nasa'i, Book 13, Hadith 125)

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Anas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "If anyone forgets a
prayer he should pray that prayer when he remembers it. There is no
expiation except to pray the same." Then he recited: "Establish prayer for
My (i.e. Allah's) remembrance." (20.14).

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "If the people knew
the reward for pronouncing the Adhan and for standing in the first row (in
congregational prayers) and found no other way to get that except by
drawing lots they would draw lots, and if they knew the reward of the Zuhr
prayer (in the early moments of its stated time) they would race for it (go
early) and if they knew the reward of 'Isha' and Fajr (morning) prayers in
congregation, they would come to offer them even if they had to crawl."

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Allah will give shade, to
seven, on the Day when there will be no shade but His. (These seven persons
are) a just ruler, a youth who has been brought up in the worship of Allah
(i.e. worships Allah sincerely from childhood), a man whose heart is
attached to the masjid (i.e. to pray the compulsory prayers in the masjid
in congregation), two persons who love each other only for Allah's sake and
they meet and part in Allah's cause only, a man who refuses the call of a
charming woman of noble birth for illicit intercourse with her and says: 'I
am afraid of Allah', a man who gives charitable gifts so secretly that his
left hand does not know what his right hand has given (i.e. nobody knows
how much he has given in charity), and a person who remembers Allah in
seclusion and his eyes are then flooded with tears."

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Aiyub (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Abu Qilaba said, "Malik bin Huwairith came to this Mosque of ours and said,
'I pray in front of you and my aim is not to lead the prayer but to show
you the way in which the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) used to
pray.' " I asked Abu Qilaba,"How did he use to pray?' " He replied, "(The
Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) used to pray) like this Sheikh of
ours and the Sheikh used to sit for a while after the prostration, before
getting up after the first Rak'a. "

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated Asma' bint Abi Bakr (Radi-Allahu 'anha):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) once offered the eclipse prayer.

He stood for a long time and then did a prolonged bowing. He stood up straight again and kept on standing for a long time, then bowed a long bowing and then stood up straight and then prostrated a prolonged
prostration and then lifted his head and prostrated a prolonged
prostration.

And then he stood up for a long time and then did a prolonged
bowing and then stood up straight again and kept on standing for a long
time.

Then he bowed a long bowing and then stood up straight and then prostrated a prolonged prostration and then lifted his head and went for a prolonged prostration.

On completion o the prayer, he said, "Paradise
became so near to me that if I had dared, I would have plucked one of its
bunches for you and Hell became so near to me that said, 'O my Lord will I
be among those people?' Then suddenly I saw a woman and a cat was
lacerating her with it claws.

On inquiring, it was said that the woman had
imprisoned the cat till it died of starvation and she neither fed it no
freed it so that it could feed itself."

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

Narrated 'Aisha (Radi-Allahu 'anha):

I asked Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) about looking hither
and thither in prayer. He replied, "It is a way of stealing by which Satan
takes away (a portion) from the prayer of a person."
